Sponsorship

Affiliate Program

Our Affiliate Program is the starting point for creators who want to partner with YotaShop.

Your audience receives:

  • A unique YotaShop code for 5% off qualifying purchases

You receive:

  • $50 in YotaShop product credit for every $2,500 in qualifying referred product sales 

  • Sales progress continues toward your next reward and does not reset

  • Opportunities to be considered for future product collaborations and sponsorships

Qualifying sales are based on product purchases and exclude shipping and taxes. Returns, cancellations, chargebacks, and other non-qualifying transactions do not count toward affiliate rewards.

There is no minimum follower count. We're interested in creators who are active in the Toyota community and genuinely interested in sharing YotaShop with their audience.

Partial Sponsorship

Partial Sponsorships are available to established YotaShop creators who have demonstrated audience engagement, affiliate performance, strong content, or other value to the Toyota community.

Unlike a general product discount, Partial Sponsorships are approved project by project.

Before purchasing products for a sponsored project, the creator and YotaShop will agree on:

  • The project and approved products

  • The type of content to be created

  • Where the content will be published

  • Expected timing

  • Performance goals when applicable

For an approved Partial Sponsorship, the creator purchases the approved products from YotaShop. After the agreed content is published and the requirements of the collaboration are met, YotaShop may refund up to 50% of the approved product purchase based on the agreed sponsorship terms and content performance.

The amount of product support and content expected will vary by project. Larger sponsorship requests generally require a more substantial content plan.

Participation in the Affiliate Program continues during a Partial Sponsorship, allowing creators to continue earning affiliate product credit from qualifying referred sales.

Full Sponsorship

Full Sponsorships are reserved for proven YotaShop creators and select projects where there is a strong fit between the creator, their audience, the project, and YotaShop.

For an approved Full Sponsorship, YotaShop may provide approved products and standard shipping at no cost in exchange for an agreed content plan.

Full Sponsorships are approved project by project. Full Sponsor status does not create an open-ended free-product account, and each proposed collaboration is reviewed based on the project, products requested, content opportunity, past performance, and YotaShop's current marketing needs.

Larger or more valuable product requests may require a more extensive content package.

How We Review Creator & Sponsorship Requests

Every creator and project is different. We consider factors including:

  • Content quality and consistency

  • Average views and actual audience reach

  • Audience engagement and community interaction

  • Relevance to Toyota vehicles, restoration, off-roading, overlanding, and related communities

  • Previous YotaShop affiliate or sponsorship performance

  • Professionalism and reliability

  • The products requested and value of the proposed collaboration

  • The quality and originality of the proposed project

  • Whether the project fits YotaShop's current content and marketing needs

Follower count alone does not determine eligibility.

A smaller creator with a highly engaged Toyota audience and strong content may be a better fit than a much larger account with limited engagement.

If you're new to YotaShop's Creator Program, the Affiliate Program is generally the best place to start. Successful affiliates may become eligible for Partial or Full Sponsorship opportunities as the relationship develops.

Good to Know

All affiliate and sponsorship relationships are subject to YotaShop approval.

Sponsorship approval is based on the specific project and does not guarantee approval of future projects. We may also decline projects that duplicate content we've recently sponsored or that aren't a good fit for our current needs.

Our goal isn't simply to give away parts in exchange for posts. We're looking to build productive, long-term relationships with creators who make useful content for the Toyota community.
